Although the primary purpose of this report is to provide members of Parliament and Senators with an accurate description of the activities of Medicare Australia during 2005-06, we recognise that the report is also a valuable source of information for the community.
In preparing this report, we have endeavoured to take into consideration the requirements of such a diverse audience and provide readers with a useful and informative picture of Medicare Australia’s performance over the past twelve months.
